Our aim is to consistently graduate high integrity inspectors who will be beneficial to the industry. Whether you take our twenty week course, or our "fast track" ten week course, you will receive the same quality of instruction from a certified master inspector with over 40 years in the industry as a general contractor, builder, renovator, consultant, inspector and trainer.
We do more actual class home inspections than any other school in the province, and bend over backwards to make sure our students not only pass, but actually excel in what they do. Our students enjoy as much as 50% of their course time, actually doing inspections!

If you shop around, you will see that this quality and quantity of training would cost you anywhere from $8,000.00 to $12,000.00, and take up to 2 or even 3 years to accomplish in the broken up, segmental type training most colleges provide.
We offer more actual hands-on inspections than anyone else, anywhere to my knowledge, plus InterNachi approved classroom curriculum, and the pleasure of tons of online homework. Our course also includes a manual, a beautiful graduation diploma, presented at a complimentary graduation ceremony and dinner, AND a one year paid membership in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors for the low price of $4,197.00.
Think about it ............... You can charge anywhere from $300.(low) to $500. or more, for each inspection, which takes, on average, about 3-4 hrs. to complete. You have to work long and hard, and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! It will most likely take you 2 or 3 years, to reach the $50,000-$75,000. mark.
